The staff was fantastic
Will not be back as hotel room was very dark and damp. It also had a weird alcove and curtain that opened to a dirty access ailseway.
Staff was excellent. However, neither of two key cards would access outside door and one of the key cards would not work for the room door. In room Coffee maker did not make coffee properly. Just disappointing these simple but important items were not functioning properly.

Staff was nice. Overall good stay.
All the services made sure we had everything that we needed. The only complaint would be the door to the pool needed fix.
