My family and I had to come down to Shelby to tell my brother goodbye dye to his recent passing. I must say, the service we received was awesome. I especially want to single out Kassie and Shawn of the front desk. Kassie went out of way to ensure that I received the same rates and discount that were affored the rest of my family. She skillfully work the computer, called her manager to explain my situation and got me the discount to match the one the rest of my family had received. I know for a fact she made the extra effort on my account! She was wonderful! Also, I would lik to mention Shawn for the patience and service he provided as well. He tolerated our use of the common area and he made sure our needs were met.The breakfast area is also worth a mention! I was always stocked, clean and truly met our needs for breakfast! On behalf of the Davis family. I want to Thank everyone involved! Fantastic Job on you employees part! JTD.
