Reserved room, spouses flight got delayed, attempted a cancellation minutes later and now five days later, fighting to get my refund back. Literally 10 15 minutes between reserving a room and cancelling. Refund approved long enough for me to not stop payment and then Quality Inn the next day denied the refund. I will never be a customer to Quality Inn and Suites again and I hope that if you read this, you attempt a more desirable stay elsewhere.
Not bad to just sleep. Comfy bed.
