The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a great start to our day. We come out to the area at least once a year. Now that I have a niece going to Scranton University we will have to stay more often. Great proximity to Mohegan Sun. Check out was easy. Next time we will come earlier and try to enjoy the pool.
Our experience was very good. The staff was great, breakfast was good, the room was comfortable and quiet.
Everything was good no complaints.
Scramble eggs would be better than the folded omelettes.

Cost from $89 to 176 / Hotel would not deal with problem.
Check in staff was friendly and efficient. The driveway coming up the hill to the hotel is windy and narrow and my car was getting hit by branches sticking out. The room/bed was very comfortable but even though I turned the heat off, it kept turning on throughout the night and it was very loud which woke me up a few times. It would have been nice to have water available in my room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
We booked a room here last minute after a very bad experience next door at the Woodlands. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. She saw how distraught I was and offered me a bottle of water and made happy conversation while helping us to check in and get organized. Our five night stay was very relaxing and clean. The breakfast was decent. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was out of service. I would recommend this hotel for sure!
Renovations were awesome and as usual the staff was great.
