"Great Folks at the Hampton!"

The Hampton Inn St. Robert/Ft. Leonard Wood is a very good hotel. Not just for a Hampton. It's a very good hotel compared to anyone. The staff is always courteous and act like they care that you're there. I know this sounds a little like a "Duh moment" but seriously, think about how few businesses nowadays act like they appreciate you. It was nice to be asked "How may I help you" before we even got to the counter. Both people at the front desk of the Hampton were young. One was a young man and the other a young woman. Both were willing to assist me and my family in any way they could. WOW it was refreshing! That's why I'm writing this review.

I received excellent customer service and treatment throughout my entire stay. The breakfast was outstanding, and the hostess played a key role in making me feel truly welcomed. The warmth and attentiveness made a big difference in my experience.
