Great Experience
I have been staying at this location for over 20 years. It has been the preferred location of many family members for a annual reunion. Usually 25 30 people. I had requested months ago for a 1st floor room due to my wife's handicap. Upon arrival was told they did not do that. However most everyone on the first floor were not handicapped. The lock on our door only had one screw in it. The fire alarm still had the strip that prevents the battery from operating. The soap container was empty. The hallway carpet was filthy. The bed and bedding was fresh and clean. Definitely one of my most disappointing stays ever.
At checkout we received a statement saying nothing due. Looking in to it we saw where we had paid $133.00 in advance. Where is our balance ? Please advise.
