I had requested a handicap room. Was told it would cost $25 more per night. I refused to pay. They finally said ok. The room had a shower chair that was too big to go into the tub. Therefore the shower curtain couldn’t either. My husband couldn’t use it. He had to take a sponge bath. The food bar was out of food one 1/2 hours before breakfast time was over. We stay at a lot of windham properties. This one is definitely not up to your standards.
Check in lady was very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Check out was fast.
We did not receive the room or size bed we reserved and the vending machine was totally empty. The TV was inoperable due to no Internet connections. We were dissatisfied with the stay.
