We are an IHG Green Engage Hotel. We use the IHG Green Engage system which is an online tool that gives us the ability to measure our environmental impact on a daily basis. Friendly staff, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice extra. Hotel was apparently recently built.
Very loud walls so thin I guess we could hear peoples alarms going off, sounded like someone was moving furniture all night long over our head on next floor up, our friends who stayed on same floor said the same thing. Outside doors were a pain to get in cards would not work most of the time. Horrible we stay at Holiday Inn Express all over and this was the worse one.
Room was very clean. Amenities in bathroom were very good quality. Breakfast provided had a good variety and was very good.
From the moment I walked in, the exceptional customer service was apparent, starting with the warm smiles and common courtesy displayed by your entire team. The professionalism and attentiveness were truly overwhelming in the best possible way. RJ at the front desk stood out with her helpful suggestions and detailed information that made my stay even more enjoyable. Each morning, Ms. Claudia brightened the breakfast area with her cheerful smile and warm personality, making guests feel welcome and appreciated. I'm a happy customer 😊.
