Everyone was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again.
House keeping was sub standard in comparison to other IHG lodging. GM was insulting. Pictures of mildew and general filth on shower doors,unfinished drywall repairs,and a broken corner on bathroom mirror were treated as if it was a normal occurrence in IHG lodging accommodations. Standards must be different in Sand Springs, Oklahoma than at IHG properties across the nation.
