I was thankful to get a reservation to stay at Best Western so I could take a flight home early in the morning. The courtesy bus met me on time. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I had to stay a second night as my flight was canceled and they were very accommodating.
For me, service trumps amenities and the attendant named, Crystal was amazing. She was working the front desk while driving the airport shuttle at the same time. Crystal was super friendly throughout.
Very convenient for airport. Quieter than I expected for all the construction workers staying there!

My flight cancelled so I had to book another night. The Sheraton/Marriott was much nicer for a few dollars more. Opposite the elevators on the second floor there was a maintenance door open. It revealed a service door that was propped open to some kind of shaft. On the inside of the door it read "Keep Closed per Fire Marshal.".
The house keepers were rude when we first got there. They were in the wrong room. In my room then realized they were supposed to be in another. The person who checked us in came back because she tried to give our room to other people and they kept knocking. She kept knowing and asking for my name because she couldn’t remember sho she gave the room too. The hallway smelled of weed. And no one checked to see if we needed towels or anything.
Someone was already booked into room we were assigned..had to go down to desk to get new room. night desk clerk forgot to give us a sign for parking car there in the lot. We didn’t get a wake up call as requested. Coffee was terrible.. hotel was in middle of painting and repairs.. wet paint signs all over the halls. No desk clerk available at 6 AM … it a dreary atmosphere! Room was acceptable ..
Crystal was very nice and helpful.
The smell bothered us and we thought we’d have a bath.
