I did not like where my room was. It was not a “dunes” view! It viewed a patio, a fence and the neighbors wild blackberry patch. The morning man st the desk was amazing and very helpful!

Yes - let us know if you wish towels washed and sheets changed for water conservation. Slower winter days, we also close off part of hotel to save energy resources to heat.

I'm sorry but we came there a lot years ago but it's very run down, the toilet seat was not on the right way, I didn't want to sit on the pull out small couch it looked old and run down plus there were big stains in the carpet and the room kinda of smelled bad plus the kitchen garbage can had left over dirty garbage under the garbage bag, that place used to be pretty good but really needs to have work done it was pretty gross.

The staff at this hotel is what makes it so amazing! They actually care and hope you have a wonderful time. Amazing recommendations for trying new things! The room had some twinks but we will 1000% be back!
This was our first time staying at the Lighthouse suites and inn. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing we had a suite with a balcony with an ocean view. The room was clean beds are very comfy. The manager suggested Bennetts fish shack the staff there was great, and the food was even better. I hope to go back soon.

My daughter and I go to Ocean Shores 2x a year for a get away. We had never stayed here. We both loved it! Very clean and friendly.
Location is perfect, the view from the balcony is stunning, fun to just sit there and enjoy the surroundings, beautiful sunsets. Very clean place, nice staff. Thank you for a lovely stay. We can’t wait to come back.

I was very impressed with the way that one of your front desk staff (Alice) handled a stressful situation where a difficult customer trying to check in was insisting his room be ready now when several people were in front on him. Alice defused the confrontation by engaging all the people in the lobby in a group presentation of the great things to do in Ocean Shores and the wonderful breakfast awaiting them in the morning. She is an A Plus addition to your success in my book and a reason we will return again!
