Most of the people on staff are really kind and professional. Shout out especially to Yanni at Front Desk and Celestina Vivar in Housekeeping. The hotel is in a great location with quick access to the area businesses, highway and attractions. The pool and grill area in back offer a good way to relax and share a meal. Truly a nice place. One suggestion, add grits to breakfast menu, I mean it is South Carolina. Thank you all!

We have family in Fort Mill and visit a few times each year. It’s a 6-7 hour drive for us. I am legally handicapped yet can slowly walk w/aids. My mom is completely handicapped and can’t walk at all. My son is Autistic and needs extra help. This specific hotel staff always goes above and beyond to help us and make our stay easier on us. I can’t sing their praises high enough. Our little family looks forward to our stays in Fort Mill at the Hampton Inn and Suites. The hotel staff ROCKS! They truly care!
one The toilet tank mechanism was broken and the water kept on running. Would not fill tank 2 The TV remote did not completely work 3 The ice machine on the 4th floor was turned off Not a pleasant experience to stay there.
I can’t sing this hotel’s praises any higher! Outstanding hotel and impeccable service!
I checked in, noticed the wear and tear, dirt and smell. I left w/o staying at the property. Hilton you must do better.
