The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.
Some of the staff was a little abrupt but most were very nice. I checked in and was first put in room 125 which was not cleaned well there was dust, dirt, crumbs and a random pill on the floor. The room door top hinge looked like it had been broken off and was resecured by screws but the door didnt shut right. I asked to ve moved and was moved to a suite. The suite was fine. It was spacious for a week of a work trip, it was clean and there wasnt too much noise from outside.
The overall cleanliness was okay in the areas that were visible. It was the areas that you don't generally see that needed some work.y wife and I were sitting on the couch, happened to glance up. And the underside of the Valance was nothing but cobwebs. I can see not getting it every day but this web, or series of webs covered the entire length of the Valance.

The ONLY ISSUE WAS ONE OF THE GRAB BARS IN THE HANDICAP BATHROOM(218) CAME OFF THE WALL.
