Each time I visit family in Castleman I go to the Microtel. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, my favorite being the manager Christene.

The motel counter staff were very nice.
Was great just two things that didn't go well. One was they automatically charged my debit card which I had put my deposit on even after I handed her my credit card to pay the difference on. So that left me with no money and I still haven't received it into my account so that's frustrating. Also on the day of check out we have until 11am and someone called our room at 1030 asking us about checking out. I've never had anyone do that before. Wasn't past 11 so kind of felt like you were kicking us out. So that didn't feel great. Other then that, everything was great!
