This is a nice hotel. It's prices are reasonable for what you get. The suites are plenty large enough and have nice amenities both in the room and in the lobby. The workout facility is limited but at least one exists.

My family stay at your motel during the time of the funeral for my great nephew. Matthew Schultz was superb. The rooms were comfortable and provided solace during this difficult time. The personnel were accommodating as we stayed an extra day. The breakfast items were delicious. Thank you for accommodating our schedule And being wonderful host hosts.

This reservation was cancelled and cancellation confirmed February 6 due to weather conditions flying into Cleveland and driving to Hartville.
My opinion was the mattress was very uncomfortable so I got very little sleep.
This hotel is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean and nice looking. All of the staff were very friendly and pleasant. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to this area. Also the breakfast was great.

Thought I booked a handicap room. Front desk was fantastic trying to correct the mistake. The room was clean and furnished nicely. My disappointment comes with the handicap provisions 1. SHOWER was perfect 2. Toilet was low, but had handrails three bed was high and very difficult to enter being handicapped. We truly thought a handicap room would accommodate the needs a little better.
