I’m from a large city and honestly didn’t expect much from a small town hotel but when I arrived I was greeted quickly and the young lady at the desk was very Professional and kind and answered every question I had. I’m guessing it’s older because there was no elevator but stairs aren’t an issue for me so no big deal. When I walked into the room it was very roomy (I did have a suite) but it was super clean and there were plenty of towels and washcloths, which is not always the case in hotels these days. The bed was VERY comfortable. The only thing that could have been better would be an extra blanket in the room and that’s hardly a big deal. So would stay there again when I come back through! Great job little town hotel! :).

My husband and I recently stayed at the Heritage Inn Express in Marysville, KS. I do not have the words to truly express the kindness and professionalism of Ricci Beikman, General Manager and her team during our stay. Late evening, my husband fainted and fell to the floor. The front desk arranged the call to 911 and an ambulance arrived within 10 minutes. The front desk attendant (I wish I had his name) was very calm and reassuring for me during this time. We were taken to the Community Hospital where we received wonderful care and support through the night. The team at the hotel was wonderfully supportive as we prepared to thankfully head home. The kindness we received on our brief visit to Marysville was highlighted by the wonderfully kind people we met along the way. From the Heritage Inn Express to the Community Hospital staff and caregivers. Please share with your team a BIG thank you from our hearts to yours. Please know that you made a difference in a challenging situation.
