My first impression was a room where the floor had not been mopped and was sticky, there was toothpaste on the sink, hair in the tub and toilet, a slimy spot on the tub edge where there was a bar of soap, spots of blood on the bathroom wall above the garbage can, sausage was left in the microwave and the phone didn’t work. In their defence though.
Overall the stay wasn’t bad at all. For me its all about the customer service. Tanika was incredible and everyone that I encountered at the front desk, including the GM, was so welcoming. I would return. Thank you for a great stay.
