I was not able to come because of my brother’s emergency and I did not get any help from the front desk because I didn’t call before the 48 hr. deadline. How do you do that in an emergency? I have his ER Papers!
Our room was clean and comfortable the only thing I would have changed is better pillows. The pool area was clean and I love the hot tub. Breakfast was just right shout out to the lady that prepares it! The individual that checked us into the hotel on our arrival was quite Pleasant and friendly! Although the woman that checked us out was not very well trained and should learn how to deal with customers in a more professional manner. I asked for a printed receipt she told me I could not have a printed receipt because there was a third party charge? She told me it was because my son bought beer and charged it to the room which he did not do. She called a supervisor who gave her some code to wipe out the purchase of the beer which was paid for in cash or by card by my son. So then she printed me out a piece of paper that didn't really say anything. So I asked her why she couldn't print me out of receipt she said it was because of a third party. I asked her what was the third party she had no idea and then the conversation went on she got more frustrated. So I went out to my vehicle and I checked my cell phone and if she had had some training she would have known my receipt was emailed to me. But instead she wanted to be a little confrontational. Her name was Brittany and she should have some training on how to deal in courtesy to your customers. I don't know about you but when somebody tells me there's a third party on my account I have to question that. Evidently she did not know what she was talking about and should have never said that she should be trained that you get an email copy of your receipt upon departure. Other than that I did enjoy my stay at your hotel even though the occasion was the funeral my brother. If I ever come to Jamestown I would consider staying at your hotel again. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion.
