Staff, room, breakfast, parking were all great.
Several issues. Phone in room 206 did not work. Coffee maker did not work, ice bucket was missing tongs and found a washcloth on the bathroom floor upon entering room.
Very friendly/professional staff. Good location with reasonable price. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Thank you!

Great location in downtown Pittsburgh within walking distance of stadiums and the three rivers.
Overall, the hotel was clean with very nice rooms. Lobby area/breakfast area was neat and clean. It was perfect for our plans, we wanted to be able to walk to a few restaurants and bars.
Nice clean room. Very friendly staff. Deb was very helpful in showing us the route we could take to PPG Paints Arena. The breakfast was really good too. We would definitely recommend staying here and would do it again.
