Medium price with clean rooms and grounds, friendly staff and a variety of choices at breakfast. We had a positive experience.
People make the difference and Alr is at the Snocap Lodge in Cle Elum WA was great! She went out of her way to help me settle my husband who is in a wheelchair, including getting the chair in and out of the car. She checked on us regularly during our stay as well.
The front desk staff was so polite and accommodating. The pool and Jacuzzi were very clean. The breakfast was high quality and was very delicious. We had everything we needed. We love to stay here. We've stayed here two more times before this stay we will definitely be back. This is our go to hotel in Cle Elum, the hotel location is very convenient and close to many attractions in Cle Elum price was very reasonable.
