Best supervisor ever. Hotels can have all or none of the frills of Luxury. But the one thing that says any hotel apart is the staff and the cleanliness. From the first to the last minute of our stay, we could not have been looked after better.

I submitted the dates I needed. When I oaid it changed the date to the current date without my knowledge. They will not refund my money.
The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast bar and were pleased with the options. The laundry room was clean.

We actually live only a few blocks from Chino Valley Days Inn. We had a disaster at home with our water heater and general running water that was going to take several days for repairs to take place; the house was unlivable and we needed a clean place to shower and rest as dishes, laundry and just. dirt. rapidly piled up. Our beautiful nonsmoking room with a sitting area and king sized bed, great shower with full sized a.
Our stay at the Wyndham of Chino Valley was very enjoyable. The room was roomy and clean, the employees that made up the hotel team were very friendly and available too. They really put their hotel guests first and we definitely appreciate that. I loved the little red restaurant in the parking lot area. It was a great finishing touch to our stay. I know this isn't a part of the Wyndham but still added to the experience.
The new front desk woman was verry professional and had a smile and personality that made me verry happy. I would put her in for a raise. Thank you.
