hotel was actually ok, typical HI, BUT, on the friday night we stayed there there was loud, live music on the patio of the bar next door that was perfectly audible in the rooms, at least in the rooms on that side of the building, which included ours. This is an expensive hotel, for a HI and not being able to sleep is unacceptable. I'll not be staying here again.
Noisy. Changed room at 11pm, vibrating Windows. New room, train passing every hour. Oh and breakfast was not heated. After a bad night sleep,cold scrambled eggs is what you need. One positive coffee was ok.
The reception was warm and welcoming. The hostesses in the dining and kitchen were delightful 😊.
Have stayed at this location on three separate occasions. Each time the staff has been friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet is great with many options. Highly recommend this hotel.

Saturday night we had a party above us, sounded like they were moving the furniture around, this all started at 11:30 pm I called three times to front desk about the noise they said they would handle it, at 1:30 am I had to go down to the front desk and had to ask them if they needed me to handle it and by no surprise they did nothing….. Would not stay here again, Rather stay in my truck then this hotel.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay with the Thirsty Pony next door! It was both entertaining and a carefree stay, the room was clean and very comfortable.
Nice facility and friendly staff. Need to restock body wash and conditioner in bathroom.
