Joanne, front desk was exceptional. As the "face" of the property, she was professional and sincerely respectful of the guest's perspective. We stayed there to attend a wedding 25 min north and other than sleeping one night, got a feel for the hotel in the AM. The woman that ran the breakfast area was also special in her friendliness and obvious sincere care that my wife and I were taken care of very well. She gets what many don't, which is the guest's perspective is top priority. The food was good and plentiful, served without waiting. I do suggest the hotel offer news papers for purchase, at least the Boston Globe. FYI: I have been an International consultant to several five star hotels in Warsaw, Poland, Moscow, Russia and Prague, CZ. My role was to facilitate optimum teamwork among the middle managers where to improve performance in five star hotels takes everyone to buy into why total performance is everyone's responsibility. and why it is good for all managers to understand all tasks and duties of all departments. If you want to be a GM someday working as a team deciding what to improve is great education. You get to be a five star if everyone does their duties perfectly. But to maximize your performance in the guest's eyes takes a team mindset. Managers buy in because they learn all tasks assigned to all positions and which ones depend on coordination with other departments to ensure quest happiness.
Not worth $650.00 worn out carpeting, breakfast extra, forgot wake up call.

Check in was great especially since it was late the staff was very helpful. Rooms spacious and shuttle was a plus. Will definitely be staying again.

We stayed here and will leave the car for a week while we travel. The hotel is clean, bright and airy. The room was large and very comfortable. My husband said the bed was perfect. He slept through the night. We enjoyed a drink and dinner before retiring. In the morning I used the fitness center and then swam in the pool. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Nice menu and plenty of food. The servers were attentive and friendly. We would happily stay here again.
Very nice place. perfect for an overnight before a flight. The food was good, the servers were wonderful: cheerful, quick, informed. They made the entire visit perfect.

Staff was so helpful and kind.
They said we couldn't park for the 6 nights when booking for one night in a room because we went through a third party app. This was very unfair when we are members and have stayed with them several times. So we had to pay of the room which was over 500.00 plus 380.00 for parking. I will dispute this!
Seed Shiraz on front desk was great. Laureen in dining was a 10!
