Xavier at the frontdesk is outstanding! He is professional, thorough, efficient, kind and thoroughly loves his job. He was there when we checked in and he was also there when we checked out the next day and both times he was over and above the call of duty. Keep him! Whatever it takes! Our room was meticulous, beautiful and spacious. The seating area for watching TV separate from the bedroom was excellent. The huge walk in closet was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, having a refrigerator and the coffee maker in the room were wonderful. The included breakfast was above any other included breakfast we have had on road trips.We cannot say enough and we are sold on this hotel chain from now on! If I could give you 100 stars I would. Thank you so much.

Our stay here was wonderful! The room was very clean and pretty. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast area and tables were very nice and clean. We will return to this hotel when we are back in Buffalo.
