Room keys stopped working, thin walls and plumbing issues were prevalent all on the first night until the last night of my stay! I’m glad the hotel staff was available to replace my keys, but it still took them an additional two hours and I was ready to check into my room. I had several bags with me so I took the elevator and after the first use, I mostly took the stairs because the elevator door creeks open very slowly and the paint job done on the inside was still strong like it had just been painted a few hours prior. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the elevator itself was creaking and wobbling from the first floor up to my room!Then, when I finally made it to my room, all the walls in the room were thin and you can hear all your neighbors on top of that using the bathroom that night to bathe, the plumbing had major issues where you can hear the pipes rattling from the neighbors downstairs, connecting to the pipes in my room and it’s very noisy and completely outdated!
Excellent experience from check in to check out. The room was clean and modern and the bath amenities provided were a great and unexpected surprise. Even the free breakfast was outstanding, with many choices and reasonable hours… breakfast until 10am for us late risers! All of this for under $150 a night! I’m definitely returning, next time I need a hotel in this area.

We send leftover shampoo and soap to a company to reuse. Part of being a Hampton Inn is coming up with a new green-friendly program every quarter!
