Upon arrival I was given a handicap room in which I did not request. After going back and forth with the receptionist she and requesting to speak to her supervisor she assigned me another room. Only to find out the nextorning the room did not have hot water. After speaking to a different receptionist she assigned me to another room. She basically said the room was an issue and had no hot water. I was very unsatisfied with my stay as I have always stayed at the Marriott or Courtyard while on vacation. I'll look forward to your response.
