The bed was comfortable.
Front Desk and House Keeping staff was amazing. The security lady has a awful attitude, she doesn't know to talk to the public.
The staff are very polite and are very helpful. They are prompt when informed of an issue. My disappointments were that the room was never cleaned other than garbage emptied and towels picked up. The bed wasn't even made! Nothing was replaced no towels, coffee, etc. Has the room ever been vacuumed because I dropped something and under the bed looked like a dust bunny colony. I didn't have time to ask for the room to be cleaned either, so it was a dis service in my opinion. The bathroom sink needs attention. It's clogged. Also, I strongly suggest not putting people without disabilities in an ADA room. The shower had water all over the floor and there was no way to stop it. The shower is NOT set up for a person without a disability. Thank You Chris.
Lady at Breakfast was outstanding, very helpful and polite! Desk folks were great. No frig or microwave were a disappointment and no counter in bath made for some alternate readying. also bath counter had dust built up on toilet paper holder and sink cabinet. .good maid service and clean linens and extra if needed.
The breakfast was pretty good. The catered dinner on our last night was very good. The people that worked there are very nice and helpful.
Beautiful location, but hotel is in terrible disrepair. Staff doing the best they can but the facilities are old and badly deteriorated.
We enjoyed our stay, very pleasant!
