This place has such old world charm! We loved it! Breakfast was delicious, dinner was good. Tea tray was not great. Downtown area is so quaint! Will definitely return!
Absolutely beautiful southern charm. Big hot water pipe broke and lobby had 1200 gallons of water in lobby from ceiling. It was handled seamlessly and was fixed in two days. Rooms are spacious with attention to detail unlike most hotels. I will return just to stay here again.

We will stay again if we are in the area. Made our visit to Greensville, NC even more fun because of the amenities on site and cordial treatment from all the staff. The whole staff was helpful, pleasant and available.

Somehow we signed up for a breakfast package instead of another which had priority seating for the jazz session. The night manager went to great lengths to correct our mistake and arrange for priority seating for my darling and me. It was a Valentine gift so was important to us. Thanks again to the night manager! All was a wonderful night. Thank you.
Due to illness, we were not able to make our trip, but the staff was very accommodating to allow our daughter and husband to use the reservation instead. Great service!
