Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay

Very professional and respectful. Cleaning of the room was excellent.

This our second year in a row that we stopped here on the way to Cape May NJ. The staff is so nice and the golf course is beautiful. The food was great and to top it off, they are a dog friendly resort. The views of the bay are amazing! We will definitely be back.

Great rooms good staff. Good food Hard for a family not to have a wonderful time. Married a daughter there yrs ago only gets better !

The staff was courteous. Our room was beautiful and we got an upgrade. We enjoyed the spa very much. The entire campus was well maintained. We enjoyed our overnight stay very much. We will recommend :).

We enjoyed our stay for two nights very much, especially the pool and movie night. The staff at all locations within the site were gracious and welcoming.

The hotel was immaculate! Our room was immaculate! Your very nice maid on floor three really takes ownership of her responsibilities. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. This will be the first of many! The resort is amazing!

A large group of us stayed here for my friend's wedding. After the wedding, we returned to the hotel's lounge in the lobby and bought drinks and food, sat outside by the fire pit listening to music and were having a great time. That was until the hotel's security guard approached our group and sharply said "Music's too loud, cops are on the way." This was the first contact we had with any hotel employee about our volume level (which frankly was not unreasonable). They did not attempt to ask us to turn the music down, just immediately called the police. 6 uniformed police officers responded to the call for a "riot" (yes, they claimed that we were rioting) and told us to "go to bed." The amount of money I spent for two nights at this hotel (almost $700) is absolutely insane for how we were treated. I will never stay at this Hyatt Regency again and will think twice before staying at any Hyatt Regency again.

Our room had no air conditioning. Unfortunately our weekend was event filled and we could not afford to be moved to a different room. We did complain but to no avail. Could have at least offered a discount since the room for two nights was $700.00.

Clean hotel with everything in good condition and working order.

A/C in room would not get room below 72 degrees at any point. Staff was very inconsiderate and rude. Stayed in motels with better room and service.

Property very clean and amenities were great. Beautiful view of the water.
