Hotel and room were clean. Front desk representative was professional and helpful. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was very helpful. Just an overnight stay but will certainly recommend!
The Best of this hotel is the staff. They are great ! Mariza in front desk, Regina in restaurant breakfast, Mary in housekeeping,,, they are so kind, with an excelent attitude,, excelent service,, Good for them,, Good for La Quinta ! I want to thank to Mariza, Regina and Mary. My stay was so Pleasant in Mount Pleasant thanks to them.

Super nice lady at the desk the evening we checked in. Only one working elevator out of 2. We had two rooms reserved and one of those rooms, 207, the A/C did not work. The lady at the desk quickly got us another room. That room had great A/C but only the mirror light in the bathroom worked. No overhead light or exhaust fan. Breakfast was subpar at best. Biscuits were hard as rocks and the microwave bacon was so thin it was see through and just crumbled when you picked it up. Needless to say, after the first morning, we ate breakfast elsewhere which was not an expense we had counted on. The place looks nice from a distance but up close you realize that is not the case.
Very quiet and clean. Food service a little slow. Pets accepted.
My 7 year old said this was the best hotel ever! The front desk guy was very friendly and the other guy at the desk with him was too.
Your morning desk lady was rude and not helpful about the bill. Your customer support is awful. I am a Wyndham rewards customer and I will not be staying at another LA Quinta. The only bright spot is David on night shift who sorted the billing questions out for me. Very nice and well trained. His coworker on night shift was nice too.
