"After arriving in Washington, DC, we had to cancel our original hotel stay with another hotel chain due to subpar conditions. Fortunately, we were able to book a stay at the Hyatt Regency the same day, which was a lifesaver given our immediate need. Upon arrival, we learned the hotel was undergoing renovations, but this did not disrupt or compromise our stay in the least. The staff was amazing, and there were clear instructions on how to navigate around the construction areas. The noise level was well-controlled, ensuring it didn’t affect our comfort. Our room was excellent—clean and comfortable. Our experience at the Hyatt Regency turned what could have been a disastrous vacation into an enjoyable extended getaway.
