Needs a little updating but it is convenient and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend.
Desk staff, restaurant staff, porter, shuttle drivers all excellent. Flight canceled at 2:00 a.m. No car. Booked room at Crowne Plaza close to airport. First room (231) was behind elevator wall. Very noisy and could not get any rest. Desk was helpful and assigned new room after four p.m. Very quiet compared to first room. No water in bathroom sink. No TV remote (desk provided). Restaurant was understaffed for number of guests having breakfast. However, server did cover well. Food was tasty. Did not have this experience the many times I’ve stayed at another hotel chain over the last year.
This Crown Plaza has gone downhill since IHG took over 😫.

Always taken care of…As a female traveling alone they always have my safety in mind and put me in a higher floor level room.
