I reserved two rooms for our trip. When we arrived the hotel lobby smelled of marijuana, not heavy but it was there like someone who had just smoked it walked through. We got our room, the check in process was quick and easy. When we got to the room we unpacked and the room I was in with my son and nephew was decently clean, the one my wife had was covered with dog hair. My toilet didn’t flush properly (wouldn’t go down very quickly), I alerted the front desk before we left and was told it would be handled. The following morning the toilet overflowed. I rang the front desk and was asked if I needed a plunger, now I have to fix your toilets myself, I don’t think so. Then I was told I could come to the front desk to get some towels. What a joke. By the way, I travel occasionally for work, this trip was pleasure and after this experience I will be thinking twice about staying with comfort or its affiliates.
