My plane was late in arriving and I was tired and cranky. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and professional in spite of my crankiness and I was able to calm down. The room was beautiful, comfortable and sparkly clean. Beds were so comfortable that we both overslept! It was easily one of the best hotel stays I have ever had.
