Room was very comfortable. Beds were great. Heating and cooling adjusted very evenly.
My grandsons and I attend a certain convention every year and we also enjoy our stay. The people who work the registration desk are always helpful no matter what you ask them.
When I made my reservation I was told I was getting a king room with two pullout couches. Only one pullout and no extra bedding in the room only three bath towels could have used a couple more. Otherwise friendly and helpful staff and clean facility.
The hotel looks very nice. The staff is hospital. The location is great.
