"Beautifully Landscaped Property."

A beautifully landscaped property however that is where the beauty ended. While I had read that some of the rooms had been updated, the room we were initially given was not, the A/C did not work and the room unacceptably hot on arrival, there were stains on the sheets and we found hair in the bathroom. We called the duty manager explaining we could not accept the room so he did move us to another room with a working A/C and a good TV. Both rooms had slow plumbing which was annoying, there were stains rooms had not been prepared with a quality check to ensure all was in order. The staff were very helpful and the sports facility was excellent offering both an indoor pool and a fine exterior pool.

I am 90 years old and because of ILLNESS had to miss my GRANDSON'S wedding but despite a request for a refund, I was denied.
