I thought I called the hotel number to get a direct reservation with the hotel! I joined the rewards program and at checkout was told I wouldn't get any points for that stay because I booked thru Expedia! That didn't thrill me! I will say except for the elevators being slow and the water pressure turned off during a shower but came back on the stay was great! Clean rooms! Comfortable bed and pillows! The breakfast was best ever had while staying at a hotel! Staff were helpful and polite! So I give it a 10 !
Excellent and friendly staff. Room was clean and inviting. Loved the double blinds and slept well.
