"Not Good"

Was promised on the phone that I would be a part of the wedding block of hotel rooms and be in the same building as everyone else. When checking in that was not what happened. I was put into another building. The WiFi sucked, it was practically non existent. Our room was very humid and hot, the A/C was not strong enough. I was promised a 10 or 20% discount from the manager George, however he was not present when checking out at the front desk like I was told he would. Not really sure George is a real person.
