Each staff person that we had contact with was very friendly, whether it be at the front desk, the kitchen staff or cleaning staff. In particular I would like to recognize Rose who made our breakfast times very pleasant. She is very thorough in her food prepping, cleaning and all that her job entails, all while wearing a smile and possessing such a friendly attitude.

Front desk staff was great, especially Pam. Spotless everywhere.
While only at the Hyatt one night, the staff was extremely accommodating, courteous and friendly. We were a group of 14 and we were able to gather in the lounge area late into the night. Breakfast was cooked by a staff member and all items were replenished quickly and most of all fresh. Overall a very positive experience.
