"Beautiful hotel and a lovely staff."

I recently found myself in a bit of a crisis when my apartment flooded and I needed a place to stay for a few days. Luckily, I chose this hotel for my temporary accommodation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful. The gentleman at registration was kind enough to waive the parking fee, which was a nice gesture that made me feel welcomed right away. During my stay, I decided to visit the hotel's bar, where I had the pleasure of being served by Karen. She was exceptionally attentive and took the time to listen to my story, which made a challenging situation feel a bit lighter. To my surprise, she even treated me to a glass of wine, which I truly appreciated. Overall, everyone I encountered during my stay was lovely and made my experience much more enjoyable than I expected. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service!
