I am a rewards member with Holiday Inn. I don't travel as much as I would like. I have been in Jacksonville, Phoenix, Chicago (several time, it's my home town.)Kentucky, Indiana and Wisconsin and some are not as nice as others. I don't want to name the one that needs a little more attention, but it really is not as clean as others. However, the one I just stayed in, at the Newnan location, WAS THE CLEANIST I have ever been too. The staff needs a raise, they were all so over the hill with the customer service I received. They had a the maintenance man cleaning on Sunday Morning cleaning the hallways, door handles and the elevators with bleach. (that man needs a raise) My rooms was cleaner then I had ever stayed in at any Holiday INN. Thank You Newnan Holiday Inn for making my evening wonderful!
The hotel staff have all been fantastic. From the front desk to the lobby staff running the breakfast to housekeeping, they've all been so friendly and accommodating. We'd definitely stay here again.

The guy at front desk was very nice very friendly. And also met April in the breakfast area, she so nice and friendly. She made a very good impression on me, I will never forget the encouragement she gave me. MARTHA.

I was impressed with my first visit to this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was a step above another one I have stayed in nearby. Relaxing visit and good breakfast!
