We enjoyed the room we stayed in.
Visiting friends in Grand Rapids. I would suggest some signage. Over all the rooms were very nice. I took my adult daughter and my 6 yr. old granddaughter so we had two rooms. The staff was friendly and the breakfast provided was very nice. I come to GR. frequently on business and I will likely stay at your facility again.

I got there late but the reservation had been made for a week later they got me in at a reduced rate and the room was the best ever!
Several problems and concerns occurred from the beginning until the end of our three nights/four days. We were comped the third night. Staff was excellent and more than made up for facility deficiencies.

When I arrived at Hampton Inn I was a mess. My son critically ill found a hotel on a web site and flew in. When I met Becka Bellaw two days later I could not believe the kindness this young woman showed me. She helped me with navigating the hospital, she helped me get my clothes clean when the washer broke, she made sure I ate and she facilitated my brother being able to stay with me to support me. Hotels, Inns are places but it is the people who make a difference. I will always stay at Hampton Inns hoping that there are more Becka's out thee and Hampton Inn supports and grooms these kind of employees. I will never forget you Becka! THank you.
