Quoted $180 then added over $60 in fees saying they are government mandated fees. This works out to be a 24% increase and l know there are no tax rates in this amount. Again I asked what the fees were about but no explanation was forthcoming. Too tired to shop around so we stayed here but l went on line to check out this new practice out and found that a lot of hotels are playing this game. I also found out that Best Western and Choice hotels don”t charge these. I guess I know where future hotel reservations will be made. Don’t appreciate being lied to.
