I was denied access to the room I paid for because I live in the same town. Apparently, they have never heard of a staycation. A few days to decompress. Time alone. The manager refused to refund my room claiming I booked through a third party. I called quality inn’s phone number online. Now that sounds like a scam to me. Took my $400 and made me sit outside while I figured out a way home. I ended up having to walk all the way across town back home at 10 pm. It took me two hours. I was so embarrassed.
Hotel is clean, beds comfortable and staff accommodating. My experience was an overall pleasant one.
Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Our stay was comfortable, free of noise. A good breakfast provided by the hotel helped us continue with our trip.
