I cancelled my last day with Carlos at the La Mesa, Ca hotel on 6 4. There were complications as I had to cancel the credit card I had originally made the reservation on before the trip. I have not seen evidence yet of the credit credit card that I gaver the hotel for incidentals so I will follow up with Carlos and Joseph Bush if the credit does not appear. Good, comfortable room and nice breakfast variety. Employees were all courteous and helpful.
The service was amazing, the breakfast was lovely and the gal was fabulous and the room was very clean. What really set BW apart is that my mom dropped a hearing aid and we didn't notice until we were three hours away. I immediately called and Shahaleta (? sorry about spelling) personally went to our room and searched for the hearing aid. She asked us to hold until she returned. We did and the great news is Shahaleta found the hearing aid! She set it aside with a note. My brother picked it up that day and sent it to my mom. She saved my mom a lot of money and we are deeply grateful.
Room was clean and bed comfortable.
I stay here once or twice a year, it's always clean and the people are nice.
