Room was clean and did meet expectation.
Room size good. But repairs to sink counter, baseboards, use of spackle to cover very large hole in bathroom door were subpar. I didn't feel safe to leave my truck in parking lot. Lots of damage to railing where vehicles have hit them. Cleaner garbage bags left at entrance of stairs both nights.
Room was too cold. Had to sleep with clothes on. Thermostat was incomprehensible. Could not get heater to work. TV was also incomprehensible. Finally got to work, but viewing selections were few and sad. Property is valuable and in excellent location, but current building design lends itself to energy inefficiency. Reno is growing and very nice place to live and visit. Hotel should be rebuilt to be more energy efficient and pleasant. Lack of breakfast was a bummer.
