Shower and tub problem of leaking, baseboard trim loose, no light bulb in lamp, bathroom ceiling peeling and loose, mold in shower, ice machine not working, over hang at entrance hanging and leaking, carpet loose and ridging up (safety issue for walking and pulling luggage), window curtains messed up and no pull across and no TV schedule! Good was bed and staff. Would not recommend.

I have pictures. Window was completely fogged up. Front desk had no personality. The bathroom vent did not work. The ice machine was out of order. The pool (although I was not going to swim) was disgusting. Mold and canvas everywhere. I don’t think the pool had been in service for years. The carpet in our room felt wet. Our cardkey didn’t work at back door. The building smelled like gas and marijuana. I didn’t want to let a young man into the building. He asked me to let him in and it was dark and I refused. He picked up a long plastic piece, stuck it into the top part of the doors and the doors slid right open. So much for safety! I will never stay there again. It was A negative rating if I could possibly rate lower than zero.
We do have a green program in effect. Cards are placed in all rooms telling our guests if cards are placed appropriately in rooms linens will not be washed that day.
