Good Stay
Servers failed to bring food orders twice for my wife. Finally, today I tried to order a pizza and the bar said no. So I walked down the street. My Ruben sandwich was not good. I give the food service an F.
My check in was very smooth thanks to Mr Lee Tupper. While checking in, We were introduced to the hotel manager who sent fresh fruit and more water to our room, which we felt was very classy. The pool was clean and the number of attendants were impressive. Overall, we had a very good holiday stay.
The room was very comfortable. The Venue was awesome for the Faith and Freedom, Road to the Majority event. The restaurants were excellent.Mr Lee Tupper was extremely helpful during the check in process and recognized me for my Lifetime Diamond Status. Everything was Top Notch ! ThankYou for a memorable stay !

I added one day to my stay. After that, I got messages saying that I would check out the date of the original reservation rather than the added on day. When I checked in, staff didn’t know about the extra day. This caused me some worry and all for the failure to modify the booking system to properly join an additional day reservation to the original reservation. Seems pretty basic. It cast a cloud on otherwise great stay Hilton can do better.
Since President Trump moved the inauguration inside we were forced to cancel our reservations I demanded my money back due to this was an act of GOD Please give us our money back as to we are not rich and desperately need it back. Please respond.
