The room was clean, beds comfortable, food from café was good and it was a very nice surprise to find dog bowls, water and a ball for the dog.
We were traveling through the Reno area with our small furry friend and were having a tough time finding a casino that allowed pets. We found this place and were very pleased with our experience. The room was fabulous, the pet amenities were very nice. Out Chihuahua loved everything and we enjoyed our time in the casino. Our only challenge was finding parking close to the hotel with our dually truck on a busy Friday night. We would definitely stay here again.
Decided to return to Western Village Casino following our stay a year ago. The people, the service and the quality of the room will keep us returning.

I always enjoy my stay here. Probably stayed around 10 time. My only complaint is they no longer supply a dog bowl and treat.

First time staying at this hotel and casino in June 2025. We enjoyed our stay very much as we found the parking to be easy, the food good and the hotel clean. We weren’t big winners but we had fun in the casino! Everyone was super nice also. Loved it!

After staying at Western Village I can understand why it came so highly recommended. The accommodations were comfortable, the staff were all helpful and friendly and the restaurants served delicious and plentiful meals all at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend the Western Village.
