The room was comfortable. The mattress was firm which allowed me to have a good night's sleep.
Early check in. I loved that they took care of my needs. I had a graduation to get ready for and was able get ready.
Friendly and efficient staff.
I stayed three nights. Coffee was not replaced on first or second day. Room not cleaned, bed not made, towels and coffee not replaced on second day. I arrived back in room late after a busy and tiring day. Very disappointed to find room not serviced. Went to desk, told attendant (who was texting on iphone) room hadn’t been cleaned and asked for coffee for Kurig. She game me the coffee but did not apologize for room not being cleaned. I expect to be in Montgomery on business quite often over the next few months. I’ll use a different hotel.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff is great and the bartender Salem was awesome the chef was awesome as well the food tastes so good. I will definitely stay here when I come back.
Our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn EastChase was very positive. We will never forget Sherry Woodham and the staff. My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary there. At the last moment, the caterer that we had hired breached his contract and failed to come. Sherry went the extra mile to help us. She found us a new caterer and the food was set out buffet style at the venue. Her dedication didn’t go unnoticed. The anniversary celebration would not have been a success without her help.
